During May 2015, the Bank purchased an old premises of having construction of about 8995.95 sq. ft. on land ad measuring about 1185 sq. yard, owned by Gujarat Industrial Co-op. Bank Ltd. (In liquidation) through an open auction. After converting into a good shape the bank’s own house PRIME HOUSE was inaugurated at the worthy hands of Shri Ajay Kumar SInha – General Manager,  DCBS, RBI, Ahmedabad on 20th January 2016 in the presence of Shri Gautam Vyas – Vice president – The South Gujarat Co-op. Banks Association, Niranjan Patel – President, Udhna Udyognagar Sangh. Prime House run on solar panels.
